LicenseProvider grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for the internal business purposes of REP Labs LLC.3. OwnershipAll intellectual-property rights in the Application remain with Provider. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.4. Data AccessThe Application connects to QuickBooks Online using secure OAuth 2.0 authentication and retrieves limited invoice data for automation and reporting purposes only.5. Confidentiality and SecurityProvider will take commercially reasonable measures to protect QuickBooks and client data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.6. DisclaimerThe Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Provider disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.7. Limitation of LiabilityProvider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.8. TerminationProvider may revoke access at any time if use is inconsistent with this Agreement or required for compliance or security reasons.9.
